How to order
All goods can be ordered by visiting our showroom or by calling our orderline on 028 9045 3310. Some delivery restrictions may apply.
You can order any of our online products by most Debit or Credit Cards including Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Maestro. We do not accept American Express.
Full payment is required at time of order for all online purchases.
There is no additional charge for using any debit or credit card.
Any online orders will be delivered within the following timescales:
Northern Ireland 3-5 days
Southern Ireland 3-5 days
Mainland UK 5-7 days
Upon ordering you will be giving a tracking reference allowing you to keep an eye on your order.
We deliver all our showroom orders throughout Northern Ireland by our own team of skilled and friendly drivers.
Online Returns Policy
All online purchases can be returned for a full 14 day no qualms refund. You simply must make your request in writing by email within 7 days of receipt.
Items are to be returned to Keens Interiors, 186 Albertbridge Road, Belfast, BT5 4GS, Northern Ireland.
If returning by mail or courier, a proof of postage is required to validate any lost item claims. We do not offer free returns, collection service, or refund any postage cost.
Unwanted items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which includes being in the original, undamaged packaging. The items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Keens Interiors reserve the right to check and authorise or refuse a refund where the item is not resalable.
Once the item is received and checked a refund will be processed with 3-5 working days – to the original payment method.
All the items we supply are carefully selected from reliable and specialist manufacturers and come with a 12 months manufacturers guarantee, does not cover misuse or accidental damage.
You can be assured that your personal details are treated privately and professionally. We do not pass your details on to other companies, and only use your details to complete your order.
